Winter with a Chance of Flowers

It’s the middle of February and the weather is cold and snowy. This is what it looks like right now.

But soon it will be spring and bright, cheerful flowers will be back.

Spring (and flowers) are always so welcome after a cold winter!

I can’t wait for spring and spring flowers, too. We went for a walk yesterday around the neighbourhood and were delighted to spot the very first crocus flowers! Aiva 🙂

What I love most about flowers is that they give their best to us without asking for anything. They bloom for all to see. Spring is starting to wake up the earth in Vancouver. The daffodils will be coming out in a few weeks. Thank you for adding colour to my day!!
